Processing times can take up to 3-5 business days prior to being shipped.
Please note that shipping time frames are stipulated by the delivery companies that we use for delivering our products to each location all over the world. On the rare occasion, there are delays, delivery duration may extend beyond these expected time frames, which Gymvascular has no control over and is not responsible for.
If you wish to make a complaint about your product not reaching you within indicated time frame, please contact the postal company in charge of delivering your parcel (this will be found in your delivery confirmation email which will be sent once your order is dispatched) - this will be a much more efficient way of tracking down your parcel and working out why it is delayed. Please do email us if you have contacted the delivery company and are still having difficulties with your order at gymvascular@gmail.com
Please check with your country's customs department about import taxes. Gymvascular is not responsible for paying for your Countries Import Taxes.
