Processing times can take up to 3-5 business days prior to being shipped.
Please note that shipping time frames are stipulated by the delivery companies that we use for delivering our products to each location all over the world. On the rare occasion, there are delays, delivery duration may extend beyond these expected time frames, which Gymvascular has no control over and is not responsible for.
If you wish to make a complaint about your product not reaching you within indicated time frame, please contact the postal company in charge of delivering your parcel (this will be found in your delivery confirmation email which will be sent once your order is dispatched) - this will be a much more efficient way of tracking down your parcel and working out why it is delayed. Please check with your country's customs department about import taxes. Gymvascular is not responsible for paying for your Countries Import Taxes.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you would like to return an item for a refund, please contact Gymvascular@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the date your order was delivered to obtain a Return Authorization Number .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
